In the event of cancellation, a sliding scale operates; if 7-14 days notice is given, 75% will be refunded, 4-6 days 50% refund, 1-3 days 20%, less than 24 hours no refund given. Management reserves the right to alter services and pricing without notice. While all possible care is taken, all activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

We collect personal data only to be able to operate our business. We guarantee that no personal data will ever be disclosed to third party. With your permission we store your email address for possible future use. If we start sending out newsletters you will have an easy way of opting out.
Apart from this we only gather non personal data to improve your surfing experience.

This is a 128bit SSL connection which will encrypt any given data and render it almost impossible for third party to intercept.
