OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Guests are welcome to be part of farm activities and to use the extensive walking tracks. Depending on personal preference and
time of year, you might go star-gazing with the aid of our star charts, feed the goats, or take a cheese-making class with Lisa.
Collecting the ingredients for dinner can also be very satisfying.

- Walking - when you've had your fill of the 13km or so of on-farm walking tracks,
take advantage of the pick-up and drop off service to the nearby (10min)
Queen Charlotte Track and soak up the spectacular views and wildlife.
- Maps and recommendations, tailored to your tastes and timetable,
will help you explore local vineyards, which produce some of the world's best
sauvignon blanc, riesling, pinot noir, and chardonnay.
- Lisa is also the co-ordinator for the Marlborough Cheese Trails,
a progressive picnic taking you across the wine-making region and allowing you to sample some of the
best local foods and wines or beers as they were meant to be enjoyed - together.
We can also arrange the following with local operators -
- Sea kayaking.
- Boat cruises / fishing trips.
- Wine, art & craft or sightseeing tours.
